Frequently Asked Questions

Does Plan Management cost me anything?

No. Plan Management is funded through your NDIS plan, so there are no out-of-pocket costs to you.

Can I still choose my own providers?

Yes. With Plan Management, you can choose both NDIS-registered and non-registered providers, giving you more flexibility and control.

What does a Plan Manager actually do?

We take care of the financial side of your plan, including:

  • Processing and paying invoices
  • Tracking your budgets
  • Providing regular updates
Will I still have control over my plan?

Absolutely. You make all the decisions about your supports and providers (we simply handle the admin and payments.)

How do I get started?

You can request Plan Management during your NDIS planning meeting, or ask for it to be added to your current plan. Once it’s included, we can help you get set up.

How quickly are invoices paid?

We aim to process invoices as quickly as possible, so your providers are paid on time and your supports continue without disruption. The NDIA expects a plan manager to validate an invoice and submit a payment request to the NDIA within five business days of receipt. Upon receiving payment from the NDIS, the NDIA expects payment or reimbursement to occur within two business days.

Can you help me understand my plan?

Yes. Our team can help explain how your funding works, what different categories mean, and how to use your plan effectively.

What if I already have a Plan Manager?

You can switch at any time. We’ll help make the transition simple and smooth.
